tried to sell separately on e-Bay but thought that breaking this " family

whole " collection and what a collection it is !!! It is ready to start
a museum with , and know that you'll never will have the opportunity again to
be able to buy such a complete Leica " galllery of cameras " again

I sell them all at once. Please do not ask me for the reserve price , bid with
confidence and the set will be yours !!! This is what the set consists of :
1.
LEICA M 6 "20 YEARS LHSA USA"
Well to start ; I have put the cameras in the order of which they have been
released , so I am starting with the " oldest " camera and ending
with the " newest " release. The first camera I am offering was released
in 1988 and was produced for the 20th Anniversary of the Leica Historical Society
of America and was made in a batch of only 100 cameras. This camera has got the
serial number:1726225 and " special " number : 20-06.Is completely
new in the box , and has got the " big " M6 on the front .
2.
LEICA M 6 PLATINUM "150 JAHRE PHOTOGRAPHIE"
On the occasion of the birthday of photography and the 75th birthday of Leica
photography , Leica presented a limited anniversary edition of the Leica M 6
in a luxury version with platinum coating , karung leather and special engraving.Apart
from having a normal production serial number , the camera also has got a commemorative
serial number. The production number of this camera : 1757574 and the special
number : I 174. It was sold only complete with the matching Leica 50mm/1.4 Summilux
lens and came in a wooden presentation box with a commemorative brochure and
the Leica passport. There were 1,250 produced ; each camera had one of the letters
of the name " Leica " followed by a serial number from 1 to 250. Camera
is completely new in the box , and is never used , as should with these collectible
cameras !!!
3.
LEICA M 6 "COLOMBO '92"
92 with the matching Leica 50mm/2.0 Summicron. It was made in 1992 and there
were 200 pieces produced for the Italian market for the quincentenary of Columbus's
discovery of America , accordingly engraved : " Colombo 1492-1992 500 Scoperta
Dell'America Italia " .Later a 50mm/2.0 Summicron was produced in five
batches of forty cameras , each prefixed by a letter of the word Italy.Serialnumbers
start at 1 , 907 , 100-1 , 907 , 300 , this cameraset is one of the first actually
it has got the number 1 , 907 , 103 , so the letter I ( from I taly ) 03 is
the serial number. The camera is complete new in the box , and has got all the
papers and certificates. The only minor thing is that the " inside "
of the wooden box , is damaged a bit , as you can see on the picure. The plastic
has broken a bit , too bad , but camera and outside box are in the 100 % perfect
condition !!!
4.
LEICA M 6 "TITAN"
This is becoming a collectible at the moment !!! It is the Leica M 6 Titan
, they have stopped making them last year , so now it is becoming rare.At the
September 1992 Photokina it was introduced. The titanium finish is particularly
resistant and hence this model is well suited for professional use.Though becoming
a " collectible " now , the non used cameras are getting rarer and
rarer. This one is ofcourse never used , and is complete with all the papers
in the box.Nice serial number as well : 2168080 .
5.
LEICA M 6 "ROOSTER"
In 1993 the Leica M 6 Rooster was introduced , it is a special collector edition
which was made for the Schmidt Group ; the Leica agency for Southeast Asia.Celebrating
the Year of the Rooster , it has a golden rooster engraved on top , along with
an inscription in Chinese characters which reads " Leica-Good Luck "
.Of the 300 numbers alloted , 268 Roosters M 6's" were completed.Camera comes with with matching serial
numbered lens , a Leica 50mm/2.0 Summicron. This one has got a very special number
: 176/300 , it is the camera which is described with pictures in the famous
book by James L. Lager , An Illustrated History Volume 1-cameras . ( look it up !! ) Camera itself is completely new and was never used.It comes
with the " scroll " on which the serial number is placed. The lens
has got the paper box included , the camera has got the wooden box included
, the paper box was , if I am informed correctly never there !!!
6.
LEICA M 6 "AUSTRIA/ROYAL FOTO" NUMBER 1 !!
This one is one of my favourites !!! It is the Leica M 6 Royal and was made
to mark the 25th Anniversary of Fachfoto Royal in Austria. They made a total
of 102 cameras , of which there were 62 produced with silver chromium finish
and 40 with black chromium. All with red or orange genuine leather with embossed
lizard-skin pattern , special engraving and serial number. It is the red leather
which I like very much about this camera , it is a superbly chosen combination. The
first camera which was given the special number R 000 will be kept in the Historical
Museum of the Leica Camera GmbH in Solms , where it probably still is !!! This
camera has got the serial number : 1937029 and additional special number : O
29. There is no note in which it states how many they made with or without lenses
, this one is with a lens ; the Leica Summicron M 1:2/50mm which comes with
the serial number:3630398 and additional special number/writing:FACHFOTO ROYAL
1968-1993 Nr.1X.Do not know if this is the actual first number , or if they
released all the lenses like this , but it is a great looking set !!! Further
this Royal set comes with all the boxes and the authenticity certificate also
there is a typed letter from the Director of Royal Fachfoto and a bonus ; a
pencil which was brought out on this occasion is also included !!!
7.
LEICA M 6 "AUSTRIA/ROYAL FOTO" NUMBER 2 !!
This one is the black version of the Royal Fachfoto and comes with the same
story as above !!! As mentioned before about this camera , I do not know how
many they made with lenses , since this one has got NO lens included. It does
not note anywhere which ( they even made different lenses with these cameras
as well !! ) cameras were released with or which cameras were released without
lenses.Still a great collectible camera and this one has got the orange covering
as you can see on the picture , with serial number:1937070 and it's special
number : A 70. This one has not got the authenticity certificate nor the letter
from the Director ( should it be there ??!! ) as mentioned in the camera above
; camera itself is new in the box .
8.
LEICA M 6 "PANDA"
Do not know weather this is a " collectible " but it looks great
!!! It is the Leica M 6 Panda camera , which means that the body is made in
chrome and has got black features.Camera is completely new , and does come with
the box , but this is NOT the original box , the serial number of the camera
is : 2425089 and the serial number which states on the box is different , maybe
due to a mix up ?
9.
LEICA M 6 "ANTI PANDA"
This one is a bit strange !!! I have given it a name myself , it is the exact
opposite as the camera above , this Leica M 6 has got a black body and now the
features are made in chrome , so that is why I called it the Anti Panda !!!
This camera comes with the original box and is yet again in a never used state
, and has got 2432795 as its' serial number.Do not know if this camera and the
camera above are " genuine " cameras , but they sure make a nice couple
!!!
10.
LEICA M 6 "TRAVELLER SET"
I guess Leica was all in the Panda's in that time , cause here is another one
and number 11 is one as well !!! This one is the Traveller Set and was made
in 1994 and limited to only 500 pieces.It consists of a silver Leica M 6 "
Panda version " with calfskin ( Kanga-type leather ) covering and a matching
silver Leica Summilux-M 1:1.4/50mm completed with two special cases as you can
see on the picture. The lens is of a brass construction and with no built-in
lens hood ; it is included separately as is the leather lens bag.Camera and
lens are new in the box and have ( yet again ) never been used. The camera has
got 2000809 as it's serial number and the lens 3588192 .
11.
LEICA M 6 "ROYAL PHOTOGRAPHIC SOCIETY"
Yet again a great collectible , it is the Leica M 6 RPS camera ; this camera
was made to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Photographic Society of
Great Britain becoming the Royal Photographic Society of Great Britain.Only
limited to 100 Leica M 6 cameras in silver chrome finish with special engraving
and edition serial number completed with an special engraved Leica Summicron

this is ; it has got a beautiful number ; 99 out of the 100 mentioned !
12.
LEICA M 6 "HISTORICA"
This one I like very much , it is the Leica M 6 Historica 1975-1995 and comes
with a Leica 50mm/2.0 Summicron lens. They were produced to celebrate the 20th
Anniversay of Leica Historica , in a production of only 150 pieces ; of which
this one has got number 146. Camera is brand new in the box and has never been
used , to show itself in the nice wooden box and even nicer blue leather covering.Comes
complete with all the papers and certificates as all of my cameras do !!!
13.
LEICA M 6 "GOLD THAILAND "
This must be the nicest of all !!! It is the Leica M 6 Gold Thailand made in
1995 in a limited edition of 700 pieces. It was made in commemoration of the

Bhumiphol Adulyadej of Thailand dated on the 9th of June 1995. Camera is complete

LEICA M 6 "PARTNER"
Do not know much about this camera , though I have had quite a few of these
!!! In the " books " it says that there were 500 produced with a 35mm/1.4
Summilux ASPH lens , I have however never had this camera with a lens !!! So
this one has not got a lens as well , it is a black body " only "
, and was known as the Partner Action Camera , and has a map of Germany and
the word " Demo " engraved on the top plate of the camera.Number of
the camera is:2172965 , and is with the original box and papers .
17.

and both the camera and lens are engraved with the name of the composer and
his living years 1824-1896.The lens also comes with a platinum plated cover
and lens hood. The special serial numbering pays credit to the 10 symphonies
composed by Anton Bruckner ; 20 cameras are dedicated to each symphony ; numbering
from 00-01 to 09-20 , thus limiting the total edition to 200 cameras. The camera
is packaged in a beautiful wooden box which also includes a certificate of authenticity

special number of this camera is of the latest symphony so number 9-06 and comes

LEICA M 6 "EIN STUCK"
This one the Leica Ein Stuck , which is German for " a piece of Leica
" , Leica made in 1996. There were 996 cameras made on the occasion of
the entry into the stock exchange of Leica Camera AG in September 1996. To celebrate
the event Leica made this special set which consists out of a Leica M 6 and
a Summilux-M 1:1.4/35mm ASPH lens in a black finish. There is an engraving of
the share layout on the top cover of the camera and the leather finish is genuine
calfskin with an embossed pattern of classic Leica logos.Underlining the exclusiveness
of this set , the name " A piece of Leica " and the special number
are engraved on the camera and the lens , which are supplied in a costly wooden
casket. Also included in the set is a share with a nominal value of DM 5.00 ,
personally signed by the famous photographer Sebastiao Salgado. This gives the
holder a direct share in Leica Camera AG , so here is the chance to really own
a piece of Leica ! As you can see on the picture the camera is brand new in the boxes and comes
with all the papers , this one has got the number 349 out of the 996 mentioned. An
extra bonus is included with this camera , I still have got the original sales

the engraving. There are five groups of 30 cameras , each group has got a different
